I listened to this interview and I was looking at Lakhdar's face expressions and body language! I think the translator did a wonderful job conveying the soul of the message.
Oh, I agree, it was just the constant "ahs" that were getting to me. Not as fluid as some. But basically effective.

I don't know. I almost wonder if they found a bad translator to make him sound less intelligent, angry, and more whiny than he actually is. But this is horrifying all the same. What do you say to people who say "Freedom ain't free"? WTF is Freedom, mate, and is this it?
