Ryan, if you have trouble finding a job in DC you can always try the USPTO (US Patent and Trademark Office). Your undergraduate degree in chemistry qualifies you to be a patent examiner. The USPTO will train you and offers law school at Georgetown Univ. at no, or reduced, tuition (if you are so interested). Even if you don't wish to make it a career, it pays well and can be an interesting job until such time as you don't need a day job. You can learn more and apply at www.uspto.gov B
