Thanks for posting this. I enjoy articles about mind mapping, emotional intelligence, et al. In a grad school management course, i made quite an impression on the instructor by scoring 100% on an emotional iq quiz, that was fun. Having often been described as cool as a cucumber, i figured it was hereditary, as my father is the same. I guess it is more learned behavior. Interesting...
